The Osteen mango variety has a medium size, ranging from 300 to 700 grams, with an ovoid shape and a distinctive green-purple color. Its flesh is mustard-yellow in color, with a sweet taste and a slight hint of acidity. It is of excellent quality due to its low fiber content. Rich in minerals and vitamins, particularly vitamin C (37 mg per 100 grams, providing 46% of the recommended daily intake) and B vitamins, mangoes help reduce fatigue and strengthen the immune system, making them especially beneficial during the winter.
