It is one of the larger medium-sized mango varieties, weighing between 450 g and 1,000 g. It is similar to the Osteen variety but is distinguished by its rounder shape and greener skin. Its flesh is more yellowish in color and has a very low fiber content. Its taste is slightly more acidic, with a somewhat lower sugar content. Rich in minerals and vitamins, particularly vitamin C (37 mg per 100 g, providing 46% of the recommended daily intake) and B vitamins, mangoes help reduce fatigue and strengthen the immune system, making them especially beneficial during the winter.
